Physical and Mental Health
Physical health and mental health are strongly connected by one another. Taking care of yourself is shown to improve your mental wellbeing and even vice versa. Once one starts to decline the other can be affected too.
Even having a balanced diet, proper sleep, and cutting down unhealthy habits such as smoking, alcohol, and drugs. These are big key factors of physical health which can promote mental well-being. Somethings that can affect the mental well-being are stress, working too much, and being too inactive.
Physical, social, emotional, and mental health is necessary for mental wellbeing. This can also help a great deal with managing and even recovering from a mental illness.
"Exercise is the key not only to physical health but to peace of mind”
